Project overview
Garage floor preparation and coating approach
A durable garage floor starts with the substrate. RI assesses contamination, cracks, moisture concerns and general slab condition, then prepares the concrete mechanically before the selected coating system is applied.
How RI approaches this type of floor
The surface is assessed before work begins. Cleaning, mechanical grinding, crack attention or correction may be required before the chosen coating or finishing layers are installed. Exact cure time and return-to-use timing depend on the selected products, site conditions and intended use.
Every project is assessed individually. Final preparation, coating specification, colour, texture, curing time and price depend on the existing concrete, floor size, site access and chosen system.
